I called the 800XFINITY number but the robo agent cannot comprehend.  WE NEED LIVE AGENTS TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Absolutely frustrating when you waste our time with these calls the go round in circles!!

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
