Speak to an Agent

I don't want to use the text message agents, I spent an hour with them already, and still haven't had my billing issue resolved. Calling the phone number only gets me a text to start a live chat. I want to talk to someone on a call. 

The agent via text message created a help ticket for me, which was immediately declined by the team, and I haven't received any calls or emails about my issue in over a week! Will someone please call me!

Spending an hour with text support and still not having your billing issue resolved is incredibly disheartening. I’d be feeling the same way. I want to help you get this resolved. To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
