speak to an agent
I need to confirm my scheduled installation for today from 8am to 10am or 8am to 12pm - live agents have given me two different answers. I cannot get a hold a live person. One of the most frustrating things about this company. Need to speak to someone in the US please.

With Xfinity Forums being a public gathering spot, it may take time to get over to a Xfinity employee like myself. If you haven't used it before, there is a great option of managing and following along with appointments in the great Xfinity App. You just need to log in with your username and password, and be either the primary user or at least on a manager level: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments.
