Speak to an Agent!!??

Your customer phone support is horrendous! It’s the wost i have ever experienced by any company! Congratulations as you are the best at being the worst! 

 

I can not tell you how many times have wasted my time talking to an annoying ai assistant who will not connect me to a live agent to resolve my issues! 

 

Its unfortunate that you are allowed to be a monoplane and keep cable competition to a minimum or else yiu guys woukd be out of business!! [Edited: "All Caps"]
