Speak to an actual human being

I’m trying to discontinue my Showtime subscription and have spent about an hour with the virtual assistant….what a waste of time and huge frustration. All I want to do is speak to a live person, but that seems impossible. Does someone have an actual phone number to contact a human being at Xfinity?
