Speak to a real human on the phone?!!

How to directly speak to an agent on the phone? Ive spoke to 3 different agents via chat support and on the phone was re routed over and over to do online support.

@XfinityRaf​  I am trying to watch the Yankee game where they switch the time of the game to 3:10 on MLB and when I try to bring it up they say I need   a subscription but I have one what's up

Same, it is driving me crazy, the Xfinity assistant refuses to be any help, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human. I might just cancel their service because of this
