There is an old Comcast wire hanging down in between my home which is for sale & my neighbor’s driveway. The wire is actually hanging down in my neighbor’s driveway. This needs to be removed in a timely manner.
please respond to my email.

Normally, if you see a hanging or downed Xfinity cable line, immediately call Xfinity customer service at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) to report the issue; do not touch the line and maintain a safe distance as it could be dangerous.
