Speak to a live agent - a 21st century ordeal

Xfinity’s automated system blocks me from reaching a live agent during outages.

No matter what I press or say, the call ends with “nothing can be done.”

I just want to speak to a real person about my service.

We have excellent online tools as well for checking on interruptions that may be affecting your address and staying updated if you are in one! Visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap you can also click on 'Helpful Links' on that page and it brings up our FAQs that may be able to provide additional help. 

 

The Xfinity app is also a great tool to stay on top of interruptions or issues with your service.
