Thanks for reaching out to us, if you don't have our unlimited data option https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/exp-unlimited-data and don’t live in in our Northeast markets, including CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, VT, WV, the District of Columbia, and parts of NC and OH. Then there is data provided of  1.2 TB of data a month. If you do go over that amount in a month after your free courtesy month we do charge $10 per 50 GB not to exceed $100. To check your data usage https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-usage-history you can do that  via our awesome xfinity app or online at xfinity.com

user_jbn5x6 If you are not sure if you have unlimited data due to being in one of the listed states or you are not sure if you have the paid unlimited data option, we would be happy to review your plan details for you. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
