SPEAK TO A HUMAN
I have ben trying NON STOP to talk to a LIVE person about my account. Customer service is the worst i keep getting roadblocked my these Edit: [Language] AI chat and phone things. I'm so frustrated. I recently requesated a move for 1/15 and you already sent the new equipment to the new address i dont even live at yet! I need to speak withosomene as it's out for delivery today and I DONT EVEN LIVE THERE YET! this AI Edit: [Language] is infuritating!

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your equipment being delivered prior to the move, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would recommend reaching out to the shipper directly to see if you are able to intercept the package. We would be happy to look further into our options on our end with sending the equipment again if you are unable to intercept the package. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
