spa.xfinity.com inaccessible when logged in

If you open an incognito brower, you can access  https://spa.xfinity.com/

But if you first login to your xfinity account, then  https://spa.xfinity.com/  is inaccessible.

It throws an HTTP 400 BAD REQUEST error.

If you logout of xfinity.com, then suddenly https://spa.xfinity.com/  is accessible again.

Hello @TommyWIllB Thank you for taking the time to reach out on our Community forum. Are you trying to make a report on that website with our customer security assurance team?

I have no clue what all your different teams or reporting tools are.

I formed you if the issue.

YOU figure out which team to route it to.

It would be helpful if you told us what you were trying to do at that website.  That link is for abuse reports and I have no problem accessing it.  Try clearing your cookies and cache - yes, sometimes it does help.
