Spammed after live chat

So I reached out to customer service live chat in regards to my billing today, and some of my questions remained unanswered and other questions was vaguely answered. Despite my frustrations, I stayed civil. However, after I ended the chat, I was immediately bombarded with 6 code request text spams followed by 4 additional information requests I didn't ask for.
