Spam surveys

My preferences are all set to OFF and have been for years.  Why did you recently start spamming me with unsolicited surveys, and why don't any of the links in the email actually allow me to unsubscribe?  Is agreeing to receiving this spam a condition of being a Comcast customer?

How's it going?

We wanted to check in and see how everything is going with your Xfinity Internet service. Your feedback helps us know what's working and what's not so we can serve you better in the future. It's all part of our commitment to give you the best experience possible.

Please let us know your thoughts by taking this quick, three-minute survey. You can get started with the first question here:

Thinking  only about your Xfinity Internet service (not including TV, Home Security, or Phone), how likely are you to recommend Xfinity Internet to friends and family?

Not at all likely Extremely likely
