Spam support

Calling my home # you get a spam msg.  Also when call comes in w caller listed on TV states Spam then my name and number

Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
