SPAM PHONE CALL?

I tried to report this to xfinity, but apparently it's impossible to talk to a real person and their "virtual assistant" can't help either. I received this voicemail message, "Hello this voicemail is from Comcast Xfinity and your 50% discount has been removed and your account is not pending a full rate billing adjustment. Further inaction may result in administrative fees. Call back immediated on the number from your caller ID to prevent escalation. Thank you." The number is [Edited: "Possible Scam Number"]. I checked my account and nothing was noted, so I thought the responsible thing would be to let Xfinity know. You would think Xfinity might be a little concerned about SPAM threatening calls like this, but I could never get through to a real person. So I gues my question is, does Xfinity, like many other companies, have a place to report these kind of calls? Or do they just not care about people misrepresenting the company? Thanks for your help!

user_ueaqs2  Thanks for reaching out to us with your concerns! That phone call definitely sounds suspicious, and I wouldn't trust it either! You can always see what discount are included with your account and the date those discounts expire on page three of your Xfinity Billing Statement. Your discounts and the date they expire are highlighted in green. If you are an Xfinity Voice customer you can view options for stopping those annoying calls here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/voice-unwanted-calls.
