spam filter blocking legitimate calls
Since Sept, I've been unable to receive voice codes from my bank and credit card company. This effectively prevents me from any transactions involving bank or credit card accounts online.
Xfinity says they don't control spam filter.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I need online access since all businesses now want online contact instead of paper statements.

@user_9gl282 I’m sorry to hear of the issue you're having with receiving those voice codes. Is this for your mobile device or your home phone line? Have you tried adding the phone number(s) they're calling from as a contact?
