user_z6jm8v Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding the email you received. Most of these types of emails are phishing/fraud. Xfinity does not ask you to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions. Rather, we would send you the updated terms and conditions. Here is a great resource on checking the validity of emails you have received. Additionally, I have included a link to our customer assurance team to report phishing/scam emails. Please let us know if there are any follow-up questions we can answer for you.
