Sound skips on ABC

Sound continuously skips when watching ABC channel. It doesn’t happen on other channels. Extremely frustrating

it’s on live tv only.  side comment- why does the post need 20 characters.

user_nd679y Ok, thank you for the additional information. Please follow these steps to trigger a system restart to see if the audio issue can be resolved:

1. Use your remote and push the 'Xfinity' button on your remote, go to the "gear icon".
2. Once you click the gear icon, go to 'Device Settings', press OK.
3. Navigate to 'Power Preferences', press OK.
4. Go to 'Restart', press OK.
5. You'll see a window pop up and you'll be asked if you want to cancel or restart, select restart.

Your TV box will go through a restart and your TV viewing may interrupted for several minutes to perform this action.

Regarding your question about the character limit. It is there so that we have a good idea of what you need our help with. A post with less than 20 characters is likely not going to tell us or our Community what the issue is.
