No sound Xfinity TV MeTV Ch1032 H&I Ch1177  Story TV Ch1178 Atlanta area since Friday evening about 9:00 p.m.

H&I missing sound, all other channels fine, please fix...  Tried all the fixes, the online help is always useless...

H&I missing sound, all other channels fine, please fix... In atlanta channel is 1177...  Tried secondary SAP reset, all that, only that channel has no sound.  Closed caption works...  Please fix.  Down since Friday PM...
