Sound issues with tv box

The sound on my kitchen tv box keeps cutting in and out. This does not happen with any other connected tv’s. Also, if I switch over to antenna, the sound operates normally, so I’m pretty sure it’s the tv box. I would like to be sent a new one. I have tried using the assistant, I have called customer service (they just want to sell me a phone plan), I tried posting a question in the TV forum, but no views or replies. Who can I contact to actually get some help? Please and thank you!
