Adding a 4k add on box. Now get "Sorry, that didn't go as planned" frequently when starting. If I hit channel up/down it works. What's the issue?

@ComcastJoeTru I am having the same issue. Every time I start both of my TVs I get the message “sorry that didn’t go as planned”. Can you please help me get this resolved? Had a technician out and he didn’t know how to fix it. Thank you!
