'Sorry' error page EVERY TIME I try to access the Shop or Moving Address links

I have tried multiple devices, I have tried using incognito mode, and accepting all cookies and clearing my browser data, but the link to shop for internet do not work. At this point, I am considering other options for internet service as I do not see the point of trying to fight with Xfinity to try and even view what they have to offer for internet services. If someone has any advice on what I can do, I will be very grateful. Worse, the error page does not really provide any guidance on next steps other than to 'contact the representatives at comcast' and I KNOW that does not work.
