Sonic Internet Potential Vandalism
Recently, representatives from Sonic Internet has been aggressively attempting to get internet customers to switch from Xfinity to their service, citing "problems" that customers have been having (according to Sonic). We had not experienced connectivity issues with our Xfinity services until after the Sonic representatives' visit. It is our strong belief that Sonic, in "doing work on the poles", is also interfering with our services. We need someone from Xfinity to confront Sonic and make sure they are not touching anything related to Xfinity's hardware or cabling.
This is important. Sonic may very well be creating the very problems they are trying to lure customers with. Please, take this seriously.

They're doing it again. Yesterday, someone from Sonic said that he was "working" on the lines outside and that he "shouldn't" interfere with our internet. He specifically said that. Last night, and this morning, we've been receiving intermittent losses of connexion. Please, kneecap whomever you have to at Sonic to get them to stop mucking around with our Xfinity internet services. We've got work to do, and it involves the internet.
