Something needs to change immediately

Hello! The first thing I would like to say is that I find it bone chilling to see all the comments about the same thing from thousands of different people.  So that leads me to this question, WHAT CAN WE DO AS CONSUMERS TO STOP THIS ROBBERY!!  This will never change because there is absolutely nothing that we can do in return to such a large corporation because they sent their business call center to another country who does absolutely nothing to help you and transfer you so many times until you are so [Edited: Language] and frustrated to the point if having a mental breakdown,  then they disconnect the call so you have now wasted hours of your day and life you can NEVER replace for nothing but pending health issues  from the effects of all the stress that your endured.  Meanwhile Xfinity continues collecting 

Millions of dollars from all of the people whom they care nothing about.  Why can't we contact a person who speaks clear English and is trained to solve problems from unhappy customers.  I guess the answer is clear because if they actually listened and resolved our issues they would be bankrupt because their service is absolutely the worst but they are collecting money from us even after we haven't received anything from them. And because they won't disconnect service if you want to when you have never had service in the first place which is why you are calling to start with. I have never been so [Edited: Language] and can not do anything about it.   This is unfair.  Not mention today you have to have wifi or you can not go about your life and day.
