someone who can actually get my internet install complete
2 technicians from xfintiy have been in to try and complete my internet installation. They pulled out the old line and cannot get a new line in. I'm now being told I have to have a 3rd party contractor come in to complete the install and will be charged an additional $200. Now I'm on the phone with the contractor Xfinity contacted and they are an overseas call center and they are asking for credit card information first before anything is done. I want to speak with a supervisor who can actually get my installation complete

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

After multiple technician visits and being told additional work is needed, I completely understand your concern, especially when you've been asked for payment information before the installation has been completed. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and full service address. We'll review the notes from the previous technician visits, the contractor information, and the status of your installation to determine what options are available and address your concerns regarding the additional charges and installation delays. We're here to help get this resolved.
