Someone used my card

Please someone help! Someone used my card and I am not sure if I am able to get another one. I read on here that a claim would be made to see if you will qualify for a replacement but it couldn't have been used. What if it has been used? I already had to wait 5 months for it to arrive to me and I could really use it for my kids school clothes. Will I have to wait 5 months again?

I am sorry to hear that your card. Are you speaking about a personal credit card or are you speaking about a Prepaid Gift Card you received from Xfinity? If it is a prepaid card, please call the Prepaid Card Holder Services team immediately at 844-810-1473 to report a stolen card.

@XfinityDena​ it was my promotional visa card for signing up for both Internet and phone.

Thanks for clarifying that for us. I cannot tell you how long it may take for a replacement card to be issued if there is an opportunity for another one to be sent. You will need to call our gift card holder services to report the unauthorized charges to the card to get this program going. This is the number that we supplied in our previous message to you.
