Someone please point me in the right direction

Hello, our fiber was installed in our house a month ago. They left a huge spool of line and did not use any conduit into the ground. I’ve had 3 appointments to fix it and no one showed up.

@user_i5q7fd  Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We want to investigate what's causing the delay and make sure the right team is involved. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

Xfinity has the absolute worst customer service. They left my house looking like this and continued to set up appointments just for no one to show up. I am cancelling and going with At&t

Did you ever send the direct message to Xfinity Support like asked two weeks ago?

I sure did. They set up an appointment for today. I took the time off work and, no one showed up.
