Someone Added Themselves As Manager to My Account

Someone was able to add themself as a manager to my account. I use 2FA. I use an autogenerated password. I use a single-purpose credit card that is only used with Xfinity. _How_ did someone add themselves to my account as manager? And since they did, were they able to see my physical address? This seems like a massive security shortcoming.

I had the same thing happen on my account last Saturday, July 19.  I am still dealing with the fall out and Xfinity doesn't seem to have any answers for me.  Very nice support staff but it seems they all have their little narrow areas of expertise.
