Solution center
I called the xfinity number I always had and got the solution center who would not transfer me to someone who could help . I did 3 calls. No transfer to someone who could actually help. Finally bought the protection program at 107.00 and then and ONLY then was I transferred me to someone who actually tried to help be sending signal. And, No it not did not work and FINALLY got a service call scheduled.
