So when do I start just paying AT&T for internet?

Every human being is working from home. Why are you guys messing with everyone and just pretending to work on a connectivity issue? How hard is it to press a button an "fix" the "issue"

Just like many people I work from home and I rely on my internet connection. So I know how frustrating and impactful it is when there is any kind of connection issue. I would love to get to the bottom of the service issues.
