So very confused
This has been the most uphill battle with Xfinity NOW. I canceled my services two months ago, got the confirmation email and was on my way. For 2 months I have been billed for services I was never receiving, not only that- when I was trying to set up services initially they sent a broken router, a worker to fix it who could not complete the job, and sent another broken router to replace the first. Now being billed two months post cancellation I decide to chat with the bot, they direct me to an agent. Cool. Agent says I need to turn off autopay, I go into my accounts, where I can update none of my billing information because the app says I have no current services due to canceling. It is impossible for me to get to the appropriate page because Xfinity "is not providing services"....that I'm being billed for. I get on the phone again, call another agent, I explain, they transfer me to the appropriate department, more nonsense talk, and then that agent tells me the ONLY solution is to talk to the AI bot with Xfinity NOW...which is where I started. It's absurd the lack of customer service, and the lack of accessibility to solving simple issues. I recommend this internet company to no one. $90 down the drain for services I was never provided, even when I was a customer. Went to the bank to close my debit card just to get out of auto payments since that was the only option left for me. Very very upsetting.

Hello @user_tyldzu, and thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community Forum! We understand your frustration. Based on what you've shared, it sounds like you've spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve these billing concerns, including working through the Xfinity NOW chatbot, speaking with support agents, and contacting additional departments, only to feel like you've been sent in circles.
Xfinity NOW does have a dedicated support team that handles NOW account, billing, and service concerns. You can find information about managing your account and available support options here: Xfinity NOW Support.
Since you've indicated that you've already worked with the NOW chatbot and other support channels, please let us know which of the available NOW support options you've already tried and where the process stopped. We'd be happy to take a closer look at the situation and determine whether there are any additional resources we can point you toward.
