So literally the manager of escalation and the senior whatever of corporate escalation can do nothing?

I had the super fun experience of dealing with so many agents but particularly the worst was the Manager of the Escalation department, Selma and the Corporate Escalations chief officer or whatever they are titled. Two people you would think would have the ability to do something more than a sad offer of credit. Like anything under a month of service is honestly offensive.

Selma offered me $4 and told me that $60 is not alot of money and I must be poor if I thought losing $60 was a big deal. She literally said that the economy isn't bad and that shes blessed as a retired military person or whatever.  It was soo rude and entitled.  Idk about you but im angry to lose money and I do think id be livid to lose $60.

But bless her because she can put $60 in the collection plate every week  Praise be

Now I call corporate escalation and submit a ticket for escalation. Mind you I had been told this had been done but it never was. I talk to this guy for almost an hour and he threatened me to not submit my ticket. So he was a little power hungry but he did submit and told me I would get a call back from the chef officer or whatever called me back and proceed to do absolutely nothing but waste more of my time. I was told he was who could offer me a resolution and he said id already received the highest amount of credit. So xfinity a giant company making millions will give you $60 and tell you to be grateful. This man was so unhelpful and rude to me I submitted a complaint specifically about him!

So again no resolution was ever presented to me. I told them multiple times what I wanted.  At first xfinity wouldn't even eat a $29 charge to make things right. They are the cheapest most stingy company and they do not care about any of their customers. They put us in these categories and give us these supposedly amazing member benefits and they will not and can not do anything to make things right.  A gift of good will and expression of being a loyal customer.

So just shut up and pay your bill and be so grateful to our overlords Xfinity Comcast
