So is Xfinity just the worst? Or am I missing something?

I believe in being kind and communicative. With that being said, Xfinity is a scam. The customer service reps are trained to lie and give misinformation. Reps will lie about how to cancel service. When asking to speak to a supervisor, the reps will tell you they have all of the same information as supervisors but can't back it. When you follow up, the supervisors also lie and give false hope saying they'll pull phone calls  and investigate issues. Nothing happens. It's a run around. It's a scam. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR. Will never buy a single thing from Xfinity and [Edited: "Solicitation"].

Every single chat agent has lied to me. Not even kidding. Every. Single. One.  I am fed up and will be filing a complaint with the FCC, BBB, and any other organization I can think of.  Xfinity should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their agents to lie... if they are even real people. I'm starting to think they are all AI bots.
