So Far we found three movies that we purchased we can no longer see, it seems it was stolen from us.
HELLO ATTENTION XFINITY COMCAST!
We have purchases these movies and now they have been stolen from us. The following is what we have found so far that we can no longer can view with different issues explained below for each movie that we no longer have in our purchased inventory. I can send you our bills that I downloaded to prove it. Please fix it.
1. The Mask of Zorro, SD purchased date: 12/20/2022, but we purchased HD. It says we have to WE HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE to be able to see it. The Mask of Zorro HD Purchased on DEC 20, 2022 @ 10:22pm $12.99. Xfinity Billed it on JAN 15, 2023.
2. Facing the Giants, SD purchased date: 7/29/2021, says WE HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE to be able to see it. But we purchased HD not SD. Facing The Giants HD was purchased on JUL 29, 2021 @10:07pm $12.99. Xfinity Billed it on SEP 16, 2021
3. Courageous, movie now says it is now a RENTAL but we already paid for it. It No longer shows that we purchased it. This movie was stolen from us. Courageous HD Movie was Purchased on DEC 03, 2020 @8:06pm $12.99. Xfinity Billed it on Jan 15, 2021.
Please resolve this issue for us ASAP. We would appreciate it. I would like to know what is going on why our movies we paid for was stolen from us.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
