So angry yet again
I recently upgraded from a Motorola to an iphone. I recd the iphone and activated it but hate it. I contacted chat and asked if I could send it back and get an Android instead. In the meantime, they put my service back to my old Motorola and now nothing works. I have 2 SIMS that I didn't have before and it won't make calls. I am now currently in yet another hour long chat trying to get it fixed and they are not helping. Chats always take hours and then everything is [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] worse in the end. I need my service fixed today!!
