Sneaky Xfinity

Really don’t even know if I can trust them anymore. Was offered this great deal, free Hulu free Disney+ and a lower bill if I switched my mobile phone service to Xfinity.. Didn’t see a change in my bill so I gave them a call agent was telling me they didn’t see any offers activated so I was lied to just so I would switch my phone service to Xfinity. That is some sneaky stuff. Straight up lying. luckily, everything was recorded in the chat and it’s gonna take 48 to 72 hours to get resolved but still why do I need to call and tell them they lied to me..lying to customers just to make a mobile service sale is not right at all
