Snail mail an invoice to Mary Karvel for TV and Internet service. Mobile invoice to be automatically charged as agreed.
I wish to request a change to my account if you have not already done it. I couple of months ago i consolidated my Verizon acount with my Xfinity account. I had originally asked that I would prefer receive an invoice for my for my TV and INternet services. You had told me that I could only agree to automatic charges for the mobile phone which I agreed to. Subsequently we were charged with a paper invoice mailed to my wife and I had gotten an email notice stating that my account was ging to be automatically charges for my TV and internat service. My wife an I decided to let her receive the paper inoivce and pay the charge monthly. I will be charged automatically for the $26 or so for the mobile phone charges,. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
