After asking for years I finally saw Smithsonian Channel on channel 1477. Our family was thrilled and watched the next 4 days.
This morning when we tunned into 1477 we got a message that we need to subscibe to this channel. Mind you-we already pay for all the channels which I believe is called "prefered" and currently pay almost $200.00 for only TV service.
I called their customer service (who was very nice) and she could not explain why I was not receiving it. After 2 resets and turned off the auto-tune. No Luck.
Anyone else have this problem. Comcast is no help.
