Smart Resume

After two days on line, a visit from an Xfinity Technician - I was told "Smart Resume" voice command was pulled from the remotes.  No notification, no email, nothing.  Thank you Xfinity for wasting two days of my time!!!

Update: Smart Resume is still available on our services. They way of saying it in the remote via voice command, is not. You can still do it the traditional way by pressing fast forward. Thanks to Xfinity technician.  This took over two and a half days to get an answer - terrible customer service!!!
