Slower than advertised internet speed for extended time
I pay for speeds up to 500MBPS and have been consistently at 100 - 130. Cannot get through to customer support. This AI chat is useless as it is a loop - ultimately ending in scheduling a tech to come.
I want the service I pay for. Terrible experience. Slow internet, but you take my payment every month. Non existent customer support.
