Slow Upload Speeds (40Mbps) on Netgear CM3000 - Provisioning/Next-Gen Help

Hi!

I recently upgraded my modem from a Motorola MB8611 to a Netgear Nighthawk CM3000 specifically to take advantage of the Next-Generation (mid-split) upload speeds.
Despite the CM3000 being a recommended device for these higher speeds, my upload is still capped at ~40 Mbps, which was the same limit I had on my old modem.
Could an official employee please help me check the following:
  1. Is my specific address/node currently upgraded for "Enhanced Speeds"?
  2. Is my CM3000 correctly provisionedwith the "Next-Gen" bootfile?
  3. Is my old modem completely removed from the billing system to ensure no conflicts?
I have already performed a factory reset on the modem and I am using the 2.5Gbps port. Thanks in advance for the help!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
