Slow and unstable internet connection, AI support not helping

Hi, I’m experiencing slow internet speeds and frequent connection drops for the last two months. I’ve rebooted my modem multiple times with no improvement. When contacting support, I keep getting routed to an AI agent which is frustrating and hasn’t resolved the issue. Can I get assistance from a human technician or suggestions for fixing this? Thanks!

Thank you for providing the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far. Are you having these issues when connected wirelessly or hardwired? The coax that is connected to the modem is it connected to a splitter or directly to the coax outlet on the wall?

Having issues with wireless and coax is directly connected to the wall outlet. 
could you prioritize fixing this issue? Office meetings get interrupted often and videos/webpages are stuck while loading.
