Site Survey

Good Evening, I am having difficulties getting xfinity internet service at my new address. I can see that neighbors on my street have access, but for some reason I am out of footprint. I tried to request service and create tickets <Edited: "Personal Information"> and have not received a real answer. I am hoping to request a site survey at this address, so see if it is possible to be serviced; and if needed even pay to have line laid.   Please let me know.
