site survey
Hello! We have been wanting to get Xfinity at my home address for a while, but it had said it's unavailable in my area. My neighbor's house has Xfinity, and we have previously tried to get service, but were unable to (we tried to get service a few years ago). However, recently, I put in my address again to check if I could get service, as there were rumors of Xfinity extending their lines to my area. When I now put in my address, it suddenly says it's available and I'm able to choose my internet plans and everything else like normal as well as a time to install service. No lines were ever extended to my house, although my neighbor has lines right down the road from me fairly close to my house. I was wondering if a site survey in my area could be done to determine if I could actually receive Xfinity internet now, as we've been wanting it for years and now it says it's available. I was wondering how I could request a site survey for my home. We would be willing to switch ASAP if the site survey proves that we have access to Xfinity service.

If your address is listed on our website, once you create the order, you will be able to schedule a professional installation. That tech would come out and do the survey and may install a temporary line till the burial team can come back to bury the line
