Site survey needed for new construction

New construction neighborhood with small lots. Neighbors on both sides of me were already connected to xfinity (one yesterday) but I was told my address is not serviceable. Xfinity box by my driveway, xfinity wired my entire house. Can a site survey be done to see why I am the only house on the street and in the neighborhood that is not serviceable?

We can take a look at the ticket and see why your address was marked as unserviceable.  @user_073160, if we see anything we can do for you to get you services at your home we can let you know.

xfinity has the wrong street address in their system for every house on the street. I entered the wrong street address and at checkout, the correct address was on the order, so I now have internet. Instead of "Hill", they have put "Run" in the street name. Customer service was terrible and would not send anyone out to do a field survey. Xfinity boxes and prewiring at every house on the street and CS is telling everyone to find internet from another company and that xfinity is not available. Extremely frustrating experience.

Should I do this even if the chat person created a ticket and told me my address was unserviceable? Why would there only be 1 house in a neighborhood that is not serviceable when the house was already wired by xfinity and the box was installed at the foot of my driveway. I know that if someone will come out, they will see everything, but so far, I've had no one on chat or on the phone that has been able to schedule a site survey for residential.
