Site survey HS4128614

We stay at a campground that has comcast pedestals throughout and every site is wired for cable.

I called to inquire about internet and the guy said it will be easier to restart my account from my old address from 2 years ago then transfer service to here.  So he restarted my account and left me at that.

Since then I have called many times to transfer my service with no luck because mysteriously I get disconnected.  Finally someone explains that comcast doesn't have an agreement with the campground and she gives me a site survey number. 

Then today a receive a recorded message stating service is not available.  Even though the whole park is wired.

So now i have my first bill due with no service.  I feel scammed.
