I have yet to be able to set up the SiriusXM radio offer. It says on my account that it's been redeemed, but when I try to set up it gives me an error. Please advise

Okay, thank you for reaching back out here. If that is showing as redeemed on the membership page have you reached out to the SiriusXM team to see why that error is showing up?
