Xfinity has the worst customer service ever! If it wasnt for the fact that I have a lower rate here than with competitors, I would most definitely leave. I would not recommend this service to ANYONE! I still have not received any help with the issue I called with. I did not need a reset on my modem in which they did twice. I have been trying to get this done for 3 days now. On day 1 I was on the phone for over 2 hours and the rep dropped the call and didnt call back. SUPER FRUSTRATING!
