I would  be delighted to assist you with your service subscription and pricing. You can view your plan on Xfinity.com, or the Xfinity App. Additionally, if you access your account on either platform, you can go to overview, and it will have your estimated monthly billing. Are you able to log in to view these items?

I assume this is NOT from Xfinity but I'm getting email to update payment method to avoid service interruption. I'd love to paste a snip to show you, but apparently I am unable to do that on this forum. I also got TWO emails saying my statement is ready to view. I really do not want to spend this much time on my internet bill. This relationship should remain less demanding. Thanks

We can certainly have a look into the account and see what is going on, @user_p4xh0t . Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
