SIM card issue
Hello. I have a cell phone that has a SIM card that is not working. I contacted a customer service agent about this and they asked for my social security number. When I told them I was not comfortable providing this, they told me it was mandatory. I asked if I could order a new SIM card and they ended the chat. Can you help with this please?
